A skilled artist and writer, she is well known in the for her novels and participation in spoken word. She is a member of the Oregon Poetry Association, and the Mid-Valley Poetry Society, and has been a regular participant in open mics, and as a featured reader in Eugene, Salem, and the Portland area. She also leads collaborative writing efforts to address environmentally important issues.

However, she brings her expansive skillset to bear on projects such as this, where her creativity is a key component of communicating concepts for change. She is a vocal and engaged activist and advocate for progressive causes and voter access.

As a Black single mother, Kameron is familiar with the racial and gender disparities in Dane County, and has worked with local non-profits to correct these injustices. She encourages all young mothers to become more involved in their community, as that is the only way to ensure a future for our Black children.

They do double duty in support of social activism. On regular workdays, she is an occupational therapist. He is an electrical engineer. They are both avid amateur photographers and historians. Living now in pivot times, they are extremely aware and conversant about politics, the impacts of social change and environmental issues. As volunteers working gratis, they have contributed numerous photos from Seattle to this project.

The author of many articles on communication and high performance, and regularly reviews books in the fields of personal and organizational effectiveness. During his tenure on the American Management Association faculty for the prestigious Presidents’ Association training and the Executive Effectiveness Program he was consistently one of their highest ranked presenters. Dr. Eppler is a Michigan State University fellow with a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University. He has completed post-doctoral work at Harvard University in the Organizational Effectiveness Executive Program.

As a practitioner, Jan has established the Center as a holistic provider of massage and wellness services for the local community—with a heightened focus on sustainable habits for living well and avoiding illness by adopting healthful measures. She likens the Center’s practices to branches on a grand walnut tree. Each activity is connected ultimately to one another—like the interconnection between all people and issues.

Rita has spent a good portion of her career looking for the most effective ways to be a change agent for the poor. After attaining her degrees in law and social work, her career has included experiences as a Professor of Business Law at the University of Missouri -St. Louis, one four year term as a full time Municipal Judge for the City of St. Louis and several shorter terms as a provisional Municipal Judge for the City of St. Louis, MO. Ms. Montgomery Hollie also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri from 1973 to 1974.

She loves putting these capabilities to work, whether managing small business work flow, knitting beautiful patterns or leading a roller derby team to victory. She is an avid hiker, particularly paths with boulder scramble opportunities.
